Delivery & Conditions

MOSS flower and home offers a delivery service to most Melbourne metro areas Monday-Friday.

Orders must be placed by 11am for same day delivery.

Orders received after 11am may be accommodated by telephoning MOSS flower & home. Online orders on Saturday or Sunday will be processed Monday morning. Saturday deliveries - only in the local bayside area, by telephoning Patricia

Flowers may vary according to seasonal availability - in such cases we will substitute flowers with similar blooms to best reflect the image displayed. If your requirements are specific, please phone Patricia.

Orders can be cancelled 24 hours prior to delivery time, however once an order has been prepared it cannot be cancelled or refunded. In the event of goods being damaged through the delivery process please call MOSS flower and home to organise goods to be returned and a replacement organised. A re-delivery fee will be charged if an incorrect delivery address is given, a recipient is not available, or it there is no safe place to leave goods.

Privacy: Personal information obtained or about recipients will not be disclosed to anyone outside MOSS flower and home, unless prior permission is sought and granted.
